Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests such as fasting blood sugar and lipid profile usually need 8–12 hours of fasting (water is fine). We'll tell you the exact preparation when you book.
How will I receive my report?
You'll get an SMS with a user ID and password at registration. Use them on our secure report portal to view, download or print your report.
When will my report be ready?
Almost all tests done in-house are reported within 4 hours, and many in about 90 minutes. Culture, biopsy and specialised tests take longer — we'll give you a time at registration.
